Research, Development and Evaluation Commission of the
Executive Yuan.

Gathering and handling customers¡¦ suggestions and
comments about the service of the NTUH.

Conducting patients¡¦ opinion surveys for services of
the NTUH.
d.
Promoting the implementation of the
Healthcare Quality Improvement Circle.
e.
Coordinating the practice programs for students from
the department of public health and hospital management of the
universities or graduate school.
f.
Encouraging staff members to put forth the innovative
proposals for the management of the NTUH.
g.
Drawing up and carrying out innovative plans and
projects assigned by NTUH authorities.
